Regular shipping is the least expensive. Express mail shipping is encouraged because it is faster and can be tracked. It costs from $30-$40 or more. Insurance is optional but is not my responsibility if the package is lost or damaged. If you order insurance, it is sometimes possible you may have to pay for the custom tax. It is up to you. Paypal charges higher fees for orders outside the US. This difference will be included in the shipping price.
